1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Highpay Ads, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Highpay Ads is a cryptocurrency advertising network that connects publishers with advertisers. We provide a platform for publishers to monetize their traffic and for advertisers to reach their target audience.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Abuse prevention and security
We use technical measures (including optional captcha-style checks where enabled) to reduce automated abuse, fraud, and invalid signups. By using our service, you agree to the following:
- Login and registration: We may require additional verification steps before certain actions are accepted.
- How it works: Challenges are designed to be solvable by humans without installing extra software. Exact methods may change over time.
- Publisher integrations: Optional widgets or scripts we document in the dashboard must be used lawfully and in line with these terms.
- No guarantee: We do not guarantee availability of any specific verification method; features may be disabled or modified for operational or legal reasons.
5. Publisher Terms
As a publisher, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in fraudulent activities or click fraud
- Not use automated tools to generate impressions or clicks
- Maintain quality traffic and content
- Respect intellectual property rights
6. Advertiser Terms
As an advertiser, you agree to:
- Provide accurate campaign information
- Ensure your ads comply with applicable laws
- Not advertise prohibited content (illegal activities, malware, etc.)
- Maintain sufficient funded campaign budgets (from your main account)
- Respect intellectual property rights
7. Payments and Revenue Share
Publishers receive 70% of ad revenue generated from their traffic. Payments are settled and accounted in USDC on the platform. We reserve the right to withhold payments in case of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
7.1 Balance Transfer Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to balance transfers and withdrawals:
- Publisher balance: Publisher earnings are held in your publisher balance. You may transfer earnings to your main account. Withdrawals are requested from your main account (after transferring publisher earnings there, if applicable). Advertising spend is funded from your main account; there is no separate advertiser wallet.
- Main balance: Only 20% of the total amount you have deposited may be withdrawn. The remaining 80% must be used for advertising campaigns on the platform (including allocating funds to campaigns from your main account). Publisher earnings transferred to your main account are not subject to this deposit-based withdrawal limit.
For example, if you deposit 100 USDC, you may withdraw at most 20 USDC. The remaining 80 USDC must be used for advertising campaigns on the platform. These restrictions are in place to ensure that funds deposited into the platform are primarily used for advertising purposes.
8. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Illegal activities or content
- Malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Adult content (unless explicitly allowed)
- Gambling content (unless explicitly allowed)
- Misleading or deceptive content
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Highpay Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Contact Information
