Creator Ads Guidelines.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

1. Introduction

Creator Ads is a curated network for SaaS products, developer tools, and high-quality free-tier applications. These rules are stricter than standard publisher guidelines. Approval is selective and can be revoked if quality drops.

2. Eligible products

We only accept live products with a clear user value proposition.

  • You operate a SaaS product, developer tool, documentation site, or similar product surface.
  • The product has a working free tier, trial, or publicly usable product experience — not a parked domain or brochure-only landing page.
  • You own the product or have explicit permission to monetize it.
  • Branding, navigation, and core flows work on desktop and mobile.

3. Prohibited inventory

Creator Ads does not accept the following inventory types:

  • Faucets, PTC, airdrop farms, URL shorteners, or incentivized click sites.
  • Content farms, doorway pages, or thin affiliate wrappers without a real product.
  • Adult, gambling, malware, phishing, or illegal content.
  • Sites whose primary purpose is ad stacking or redirect monetization.

4. Product quality

Your product must meet a premium experience bar.

  • UI is polished and coherent — broken layouts, placeholder copy, or unfinished onboarding are grounds for rejection.
  • Core features work without critical bugs for typical users.
  • Privacy policy and basic trust signals are present where expected for a SaaS product.
  • You must not misrepresent product category, audience, or traffic sources.

5. Placement standards

Ads should match your product UI and remain clearly labeled.

  • Prefer dashboard in-feed, sidebar, or similarly contextual placements.
  • Ads must be marked as sponsored or advertising.
  • Do not disguise ads as system alerts, account warnings, or navigation.
  • Do not overload screens with multiple competing ad units.
  • Do not modify the ad tag to inflate impressions or clicks.

6. Traffic standards

Only genuine product users are accepted.

  • No bots, click farms, paid-to-click schemes, or artificial session generation.
  • No forced clicks or deceptive UI patterns that trick users into interacting with ads.
  • Traffic must come from real product usage or legitimate marketing of that product.

7. Review process

Creator Ads applications go through domain verification plus a stricter manual review.

  • Verify domain ownership first (verification file at site root).
  • Our team reviews product quality, placement fit, and traffic legitimacy.
  • Approval is not guaranteed even if domain verification succeeds.
  • Review typically completes within a few business days after a valid verification file is detected.

8. Rejection and re-application

If rejected, fix the issues before applying again. Repeated low-quality submissions may lead to a permanent ban from Creator Ads.

  • Read the rejection reason carefully.
  • Improve the product or placement before requesting another Creator Ads review.
  • You may still use the standard Highpay Ads network for eligible non-creator inventory.
